In the world of mobile phones, it is difficult to keep up with the constant upgrades and updates to old models. With lots of different manufacturers all competing to provide the best, technologically capable phones, one website that offers a huge range of handsets is www.dialaphone.co.uk. Here you can browse through both old and brand new models from the top seven mobile phone manufacturers, Apple, BlackBerry, HTC, Google, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson including the new nokia n8 and iphone 4. That’s not all, as you can then go on to compare all the different contract and pay as you go deals offered on those handsets by different network.

Navigating from the Dial-a-Phone website really couldn’t be simpler. You barely have to flick through any pages in order to see the huge range of different handsets on offer. By simply clicking on the Phones tab under “Quick Links”, a comprehensive list of all the models will appear under an alphabetic list of manufacturers. You can then click on any model you choose and go straight to a page depicting all the deals available with it!

If you’re not sure what model or manufacturer you are looking for, you can alternatively click on the link that appears saying “View deals with all mobile phones”. You will then be taken to a list of every mobile phone available on the site, which you can go on to sort by latest model, thinnest, lightest or smallest. You can view the mobiles very simply, with just their name and a picture, or you can click on detailed view to access an in depth description of every single phone and its features, weight and dimensions.

When I was at the blogger’s meetup at the N97 launch I met Paul and Kenny (hopefully correct names) and they let me in on a secret to what they were planning to do with their N97. You don’t want to miss out on this one. Check out their first set of test videos below where they scratch the N97 with a key, coin and the N97 stylus. It makes you cringe when you see it… Believe me, I did ask whether they would swap my 5800 for the N97, obviously they said no.
